MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR EMPOWERMENT

Our mission is to reach out to the men of our communities and to assist them with the help they need to be successful in society. We aim to encourage men of all ages not limited to women to never give up on themselves and to fall in line with their destinies. Our concern is for the less fortunate and those who are being deprived of the basic necessities of life making it hard to survive, to support those who are in despair. We understand that there is an undivided attention that is needed for each person in order to help them become productive members of society. Our primary focus is on the prisoners, ex-offenders, orphans, drug addicts, the homeless, and runaways. The people who society has rejected and thrown away, sending a message that there is no hope. That is why we are committed to renewing the mindsets of men, teaching them to believe in themselves, giving them a sense of  hope and pulling out the abilities they already have inside.
Here at Mighty Men of Valor we believe in teaching these men to be more responsible for their actions, showing them how to be better Fathers, Sons, Husbands and Role models in their communities. We have an experienced team of men who have come out of the same pitfalls and who are committed to this worthy cause. Though we are a faith based organization we will not discriminate anyone for their religious beliefs, all are welcome to participate our effort to rebuild broken dreams because a man without a vision will surely perish. Our goal is to demonstrate the love of God with an earthly tone and not to be so spiritual that we are no earthly good. In order to build our men up will take more action than words and a sincere heart that will not waiver when adversity comes. We are on a mission restore broken individuals invoking change through demonstrating love with our actions. As for the men who are trying to re-adjust to society, we want to provide the kind of services that will make the transition load a lot lighter by teaching the necessary skills and re-conditioning their mind-sets to help them stay out of jail and trouble. Statistics have shown that if you equip a man and give him the necessary skills to be successful he is more likely to succeed. With our economic crisis and sudden misfortune of jobs lost the unemployment rate has risen tremendously and we need a safe haven for men who are trying to do the right thing, so they can be mentored in the right direction and counseled when times get hard. Overcoming adversity is not easy however we will teach these men how to cope and never give up even in the middle of a storm with the understanding that this change is totally up to them. We will set up outlets and incubators to train, channel and nurture each individual so that there is a place of refuge that can be accessed. We realize it will take more than words on paper or a blog to accomplish our goals and it will surely take a community effort to reach our mark. We are in desperate need of the rehabilitation of our men, which can only be accomplished by the restoration of strong family values, restoring their vision and new commitment i in making the quality of life better. As we press on we strive to involve as many Neighborhood Partnerships who are willing to be a resource for nonprofits and community organizations, looking for ways to make a bigger impact in their communities, learning, growing and helping each other. If we come together we can achieve all we set our minds to and we will start by building these men up to stand as the head and not the tail.
In conclusion, at the end of the day these individuals will have a sense of purpose for life and know that they are not counted out. They will have the confidence to move on and be encouraged in all they set their hearts to do. So let them come! all who have a need, we hear the cries and it’s time to reach out, grab a hold of our Mighty Men Of Valor, lift them up and help them get back in the race.
Sincerely,
